These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of specopsolutions.site and the coaching services offered by Spec Op Solutions LLC (“Spec Op Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying a package, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Spec Op Solutions LLC provides remote, digital lifestyle, fitness, and performance consulting, including digital intake assessments, custom program frameworks, and remote strategy support. All services are delivered digitally.

Not medical advice

Our coaching and content are for educational and fitness purposes only. We are not physicians, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using our services does not create a doctor and patient relationship. We do not recommend, sell, or advise on supplements, drugs, or any other substances.

Your health and safety

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You confirm that you have answered the intake form honestly, that you are cleared to exercise or will get clearance before starting, and that you will stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. Exercise involves risk of injury. You choose to take part and accept that risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a package or use our coaching services.

Packages and payment

Services are quoted after a free consult and billed in US dollars by email invoice with a secure payment link. Spec Op Custom engagements and retainers are priced in writing before work begins. Your program framework is built after you complete the digital intake form and is delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours.

Refunds and replacements

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Programs can be replaced within 7 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, sleep, nutrition, and health. We do not guarantee any specific result.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Follow your program safely and within your limits.
• Tell us about changes to your health, injuries, or schedule.

Intellectual property

All programs, guides, and site content belong to Spec Op Solutions LLC. They are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or republish them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spec Op Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury that results from following a program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package involved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated.
