Every Spec Op Solutions engagement is built specifically for the client. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and cancellations work.
Free consult
The 30 minute strategy consult is free. No payment is collected.
Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a tier has been purchased.
7 day replacement window
If your program framework does not fit the goals, schedule, or equipment you described in your intake, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We will deliver a replacement framework at no extra cost within 24 to 48 hours.
Cancellation
You may stop using your program or remote support at any time. Payments already made are not refunded. Spec Op Custom retainers may be cancelled according to the notice terms in your written agreement, and future retainer payments stop once cancellation takes effect.
